Returns and Exchanges

We provide you with a return and exchange service within 30 days after you receive the order.

After receiving your order, we recommend that you open and inspect your package. Please try on it as soon as possible, do not wash and remove the label.

How do I return an order?

2. We provide you with return information.

3. Please keep the product intact and unused. After the parcel is sent, please email us the tracking number of the returned parcel.

4. We will check your package after receiving the goods. After the confirmation, we will contact you and ask you to confirm the refund. The refund will be returned to the account you used to make the payment. We recommend that you use your PayPal account to pay so that you will receive it immediately when we send you a refund. If you pay with a credit or debit card, the refund will arrive in about 7 days. The specific time depends on the processing speed of your credit card company.

How do I exchange an order?

1. Please contact our Email ([email protected]) with your order number and the product you want to replace.

2. We provide you with return information.

3. Please keep the product intact and unused. After the parcel is sent, please email us the tracking number of the returned parcel.

4. After we receive your returned package, we will resend the items you want to replace.

About return shipping

1. For returns caused by consumers, the freight will be borne by consumers. The specific cost is subject to the courier company you choose.

2. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, consumers do not need to bear the resulting shipping costs.

3. For an exchange order, the shipping cost of the returned package shall be borne by the consumers, and the shipping cost of re-sending the package shall be borne by us.

How to cancel an order?

Please contact us within 24h after placing the order. Please understand that after 24 hours, your order will be processed and cannot be cancelled or changed. For cancelled orders, we will charge 5% of the order amount as a handling fee.

Tips:

1.When returning the goods, please attach a piece of paper to your package, write your order number and Email. It is convenient for us to contact you when we receive the returned package.

2. When you return the package, please don't forget to tell us the tracking number of the package.
